Workshops and Speakers:
1. Hope for the Hectic – Marcia Myers - In the world today there are so many things clamoring for our time and energy. How do we accomplish what God would have us do amid the chaos?
2. Forgiveness – Jean Potter - I’m sure when God said to forgive, He didn’t have in mind my husband, my boss, my neighbor, my mother in-law, …
3. Resting in Hope – Jessica Taubert - How can we “rest in hope” when so much around us seems dark and hopeless? Let’s look together into God’s Word to discover what it means to “rest in hope” and how we can continually dwell in this kind of rest.
4. Finding Hope When God Says "No" – Barb Rohde - Infertility is on the rise. 1 in 5 women in the United States are unable to get pregnant. We will explore ways in which we can look to Jesus Christ, our Continual Hope, even through pain and sorrow so that we can say, “but if not, He is still good.”
5. Craft – Keelie McManigell - Bird Nest candle holder - $7 additional cost. (Click on picture below for more information)
6. Sharing Hope – Rebekah McCurry - There are many excuses for not sharing the Gospel. We often feel shy, embarrassed, busy, and distracted. This workshop will challenge us with practical ways of sharing the hope of Salvation with the lost.
7. You Want Me to Do What?! Embracing the Opportunity to Serve – Melanae Clark - This workshop will focus on not only accepting an opportunity to serve but being intentional in serving the church family by lovingly working together to accomplish what needs to be done for the Lord.
8. The Home Improvement: Hope for building a God-pleasing atmosphere in the home – Dana Barber - Just like our physical homes are a work in progress, so are our thoughts, attitudes, and emotions. With a daily focus on Christ, we can help upgrade the atmosphere of our home to one that is both uplifting and spiritually edifying.
9. Volunteer Choir - See check box on on the registration form below and indicate which part you sing.
10. Ministry Wives – Miriam Marriott (Sat Only)
